"Pitchon Lev", which means in Hebrew "Open your heart", is a non-profit organization that fights against poverty and hunger in Israel since 1998. Our mission is to save poor and needy families and children in Israel. Our team includes thousands of volunteers that spare no efforts to help and make a change. The educational center "La'gaat Ba-Ofek" ("Touch the Horizon") works with individuals and corporations for direct support to teenagers in need. This center operates a unique program with the help of Tel-Aviv University to educate these teenagers and prepare them to overcome the hard conditions of their lives. Join our fight against poverty and hunger, together we can win and help many lives in need.

'Blue and white' bicycle campaign for impoverished children
In the run up to Pesach, the bicycle Israeli riders' community site "Groopy" held a bicycle marathon around Tel Aviv in aid of impoverished children in Israel.Hundreds of cyclists accompanied by the Israeli reality television program "Survivor" star, Shahar Raz, who led the campaign, painted the city of Tel Aviv in blue and white and generated significant public interest amongst Tel Aviv residents.

We have started this important project due to the increased number of families with babies from birth thru two years that ask for our help.through this project we will supply an additional 500 families with nutritions baby food and diapers for a year.
