Results of an Evaluation and Measurement Process Conducted at Comverse

Comverse is the adoptive company of the educational center “Touching the Horizon” at the “Ironi 11” high school in Tel Aviv.
 Comverse has conducted an evaluation and measurement process through Mitveh, a company that specializes in estimating social projects. The process was nased on questionnaires distributed among everyone who participates in the activities, including volunteers, the professional staff and the students. The findings were amazing and strengthened the feelings that have accompanied the project during the year. The two most significant findings had to do with a very high feeling of capability, of which the project’s students testified, as well as the great importance that was given to the topic of significant adult, represented by the Comverse volunteers. These findings proved to be the most significant success out of all of Comverse’ projects, and guaranteed an increased budget and a desire to continue this fruitful cooperation with the company and its employees.
