'Blue and white' bicycle campaign for impoverished children

In the run up to Pesach, the bicycle Israeli riders' community site "Groopy" held a bicycle marathon around Tel Aviv in aid of impoverished children in Israel.

Hundreds of cyclists accompanied by the Israeli reality television program "Survivor" star, Shahar Raz, who led the campaign, painted the city of Tel Aviv in blue and white and generated significant public interest amongst Tel Aviv residents.

The Pitchon Lev's educational center children touching the Horizon at the at the Hazerim Air Force Base

Children from the Pitchon Lev "Touching the Horizon" center participated in a unique and exciting activity day at the Hazerim Israeli Air Force Base.

The children "took command" of the Hazerim Air Force base and became part of the air force crew for a whole day.

Pitchon Lev was established in September 1998 and for the last 10 years the organization has focused on assisting families and youth in Israel exit the cycle of poverty. To full story

Food for the baby-

The project name is food of the baby. We have started this important project due to the increased number of families with babies from birth thru two years that ask for our help.through this project we will supply an additional 500 families with nutritions baby food and diapers for a year. The cost for each family will be 300.00 per year. I hope you will join us in this important mission for we all know a child that smiles can change the world. To full story
