The year 2008 marks a decade of Pitchon Lev's activities.
This year, in addition to the ongoing expansion of our activities, we are planning several special events to mark our 10th anniversary with a view to strengthening the awareness of the poverty situation in Israel as well as to recruit new resources and contributions.
The income from such activities will be utilized to assist needy families in Israel by helping them exit the cycle of poverty.
Various musicians, leading business enterprises have already agreed to contribute to and sponsor our 10th anniversary events and activities. Furthermore, a media campaign will be launched in order to heighten public awareness of the issue of poverty in Israel to increase support, solidarity and contributions towards the "Struggle Against Poverty".
