We see it as a privilege to report every detail of what we do, and this site provides full disclosure of our financial and accounting information, including wages.
We at Pitchon Lev are active thanks to the support of the public and therefore transparency is a fundamental and supreme value in our conduct as a social organization working for the benefit of Israeli society. We see you, donors and the general public, as full partners in our activities, and therefore all our financial and accounting practices, including salary data are visible on our website.
All the financial activity of the organization is fully controlled by the international accounting firm PwC Israel (Kesselman & Kesselman) and is regularly submitted to the Registrar of Associations.
The Pitchon Lev organization is headed by a three-member board of directors, in accordance with the law and by the Registrar of Amutot.
The staff of the Executive Committee operates on a voluntary basis and out of a common ideology. The Executive Committee is the legal entity with the highest authority to make decisions in the organization and is an example of all the volunteers in the organization. In addition to the day-to-day work they are required to meet, members of the committee meet 12-14 times a year.
The organization has an audit committee headed by Haviv Dudai, CPA, who performs regular audits and supervises all the activities of the organization. These audits are held to ensure compliance with proper work procedures and with the values of Pitchon Lev, namely: integrity and reliability.
